Current harvest includes German Chamomile, Huacatay, Natsu Cucumber, Mara de Bois Strawberries, Young Fennel, Kabu Turnip, Beets, Carrots, French Breakfast Radish, Lemon Balm, Lavender, Chervil, Dill, Lovage, Coriander Berry, Mangalitsa and Kunekune pork.
